– 4 to 5 days in Metro Cities with Airport.

– 6 to 7 Days In 2nd Tier Cities with Airport.

– 10 to 12 days In Rural Area Please note that the delivery timings can change based on the circumstances.

Every delivery from Nautanke is processed under excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For our beloved customer’s care, we give contactless delivery. We provide free shipping on all orders. The return or exchange can be done within 7 days after delivery.

Refund :

Please note, we initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Your refund may take 7-10 working days after receiving the product in our store.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick-up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the days from the day of return pickup on registered e-mail address/mobile number.

Payments made with COD option will receive a coupon code worth the same as your order value which is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance of the coupon code.

For prepaid orders, you will receive refund in the same Credit/Debit card/ UPI / Bank account transfer you used for completing payment.
